- Is this a background check?
- No. References only. We don’t run DBS or right-to-work checks, and we don’t collect criminal or health data.
- How long does it take?
- The report is sent within minutes of the last referee replying — about fifteen, typically. The six checks are automated, so referee speed is the only variable, and the activity trail shows exactly when we contacted them.
- What if a referee doesn’t reply?
- We remind them three times over 14 days. Then we send the report with the non-response recorded, and return your credit.
- Do you tell me whether to hire?
- No, and we never will. We report verification evidence and what a referee told us. The decision is yours.
- What if you get something wrong?
- Every finding carries the evidence behind it, so you can check it yourself. If something is inaccurate, tell us and we’ll re-open the check.
- Do I need to talk to a salesperson?
- No. Buy a credit and raise a check — there is nobody to get past and nothing to sit through first.
