This page sets out the structure of our terms of service and what each section will cover. It has not been through a solicitor and it is not yet a document you can rely on. We are publishing the outline now because we would rather show you what is coming than leave a dead link. The finished version, with our registered company name and address, goes up before we take a single payment.

One check covers one candidate, up to three referees and one report. Credits do not expire.
We obtain the candidate’s consent, contact the referees they nominate, remind them, run the six checks, and issue a report with the evidence behind every result.
We do not tell you whether to hire anyone, we do not rate candidates, and we do not run DBS or right-to-work checks. Hiring decisions, and any judgement drawn from the evidence, rest with you.
That you have a lawful reason to check the candidate, that the details you give us are accurate, and how you may use the report you receive.
After three reminders over 14 days the report is issued with the non-response recorded, and the credit is returned to your account automatically.
